We spend so much time making sure everyone else is ok often neglecting our own wellness. This is the day for you to be ok. We will have various vendors on site with products and services you will love. This part of the experience is free. You will also have the option to join us for a wellness workshop entitled ARE YOU OK? We will explore your current state of wellness and start you on a journey of becoming a better you. We hope to see you there!
